Cindy Status #6

Friends,
Cindy is doing better – her color and spirit are returning!

Her stomach has been a bit slow to wake up mainly due to an abscess near her pancreas, discovered via CT scan yesterday.
This tennis ball sized pocket is being drained this morning; Which should allow her to start eating and make for nicer (less painful) holiday weekend.

On the oncology side we hope to receive the two biopsy results today enabling us to nail down exactly what cancer Cindy has and who is best equipped to treat it.

Cindy is walking a lot more, getting up to go to bathroom and joking with nurses (very nice group of people).
We remain very optimistic about the future and very pleased with the medical attention we are receiving.
We are also lucky to have such Great family and friend, Thank you all!
